Golden Spear

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • .75 oz 2:1 Honey Syrup
  • 3 Dashes Patino’s Pickle Barrel Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin, add ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a cornichon and a lemon wedge.
