Patino’s Pickle Barrel Martini
- 1.5 oz Vodka or Gin
- 1.5 oz Dry Vermouth
- 2-3 Dashes Patino’s Pickle Barrel Bitters
- Pinch Salt
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir and strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with cocktail onion and a cornichon.
Patino’s Pickle Barrel Martini

Brine Time Margarita
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- .75 oz Agave Syrup
- 4 Dashes Patino’s Pickle Barrel Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin, add ice and shake. Strain into a dill salt rimmed rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a dill pickle spear and a lime wedge.
Brine Time Margarita
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- .75 oz Agave Syrup
- 4 Dashes Patino’s Pickle Barrel Bitters

Bloody Big Dill
- 2 oz Vodka or Blanco Tequila
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- .25 oz Worcestershire Sauce
- 5 oz Bloody Mary Mix
- 5 - 6 Dashes Patino’s Pickle Barrel Bitters
- Pinch Celery Seed
Combine all ingredients in a dill salt rimmed pint glass over fresh ice, give a light stir. Garnish with a dill pickle spear, fresh dill, and a lemon wedge.
Bloody Big Dill
- 2 oz Vodka or Blanco Tequila
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- .25 oz Worcestershire Sauce
- 5 oz Bloody Mary Mix
- 5 - 6 Dashes Patino’s Pickle Barrel Bitters
- Pinch Celery Seed

Pickled Gin & Tonic
- 2 oz Gin
- 6 oz Tonic
- 4 Dashes Patino’s Pickle Barrel Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass with fresh ice, give a light stir. Garnish with a cornichon and a pickled onion skewer.

Monin Moberly
- 1 oz Monin cucumber
- .25 oz Mirin
- 3 Dashes Patino’s Pickle Barrel Bitters
- Pinch MSG
- 6.5 oz Filtered Water
Add all ingredients to a soda siphon and carbonate twice. Pour into a Collins glass. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon
Make it a Hi Pickle! and add 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey, stir to incorporate (pictured).
Monin Moberly
- 1 oz Monin cucumber
- .25 oz Mirin
- 3 Dashes Patino’s Pickle Barrel Bitters
- Pinch MSG
- 6.5 oz Filtered Water
